I have lived at a RV park for over a year that leases washers and dryers. Only half work, and I have called for service several times and nothing EVER gets fixed or replaced. Horrible place.

Machines that work!

Requeted refund on machine that took money but didn't register. That was 3 weeks ago and all I got was a confirmation letter. All I am requesting is $2.00, come onguys is that going to break your litt

Lack of ability to issue refund

Attempted to refill my wallet 3 times. First two attempts resulted in failure and did not reload the wallet. Third attempt was successful. Checked bank statement and had been charged 3 times for a total of $90. It took weeks to hear back from someone, and when I finally heard back I was told I would receive a refund and that I would only be contacted by CSC Serviceworks again if there was an issue. No refund appeared in my account and no one reached out to me, so I emailed again stating that I would be getting my bank involved. I was told that this was the correct action to take as CSC Serviceworks was UNABLE to issue me a refund. Absolutely embarrassing and will never be using this company again.

User's recommendation: Stay away.
